Eligibility
Partner accounts are available only to qualified bridal retailers approved by FOUND.
Approval is granted at FOUND's sole discretion.
Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance.
Submission of an order does not guarantee production.
Deposits
Required deposits must be received before production begins.
Pricing
Prices are confidential and intended solely for approved retail partners.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Shipping
Delivery estimates are approximate.
FOUND is not liable for delays caused by:
Inspection
Partners should inspect all shipments upon receipt.
Claims must be submitted within the stated inspection period.

Photography
Logos
Marketing materials
Product imagery
without written permission except as expressly authorized by FOUND.
Authorized Partners
Only approved partners may represent FOUND.
Unauthorized resale is prohibited.
Termination
FOUND reserves the right to terminate partner accounts for violations of these Terms.
